Delete your account
RunFromHere works without an account. If you created the optional account, you can delete it and all data stored with it at any time.
In the app
On Android or iPhone, open Settings > Account, tap Delete account and confirm. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.
In the browser
Open app.runfromhere.app, go to Settings, sign in if needed and choose Delete account under Account.
What is deleted
Your account, all sign-in methods with their free home regions, the store purchases you uploaded, your synced run history, all sessions and any ChatGPT connection are deleted from our database right away. Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Regions you bought stay available through the App Store or Google Play on the devices where you use that store account. Runs stored on your devices stay there until you delete them or the app.
Delete single runs or sign-in methods
To delete single runs, open Settings > Run history in the app and delete them; the deletion reaches your account and your other devices on the next sync. To remove a sign-in method together with its free home region, choose Remove next to it under Settings > Account. The last sign-in method can only be removed by deleting the account.
Without the app
If you can no longer use the app, email [email protected] from the email address of your sign-in method and we will delete the account for you.
