Hanoi

Hanoi’s lakes give a run a clear focus amid busy streets. Hoan Kiem is the compact central choice, West Lake offers a longer southern-shore outing, and Thong Nhat adds a larger park circuit. Go early for cooler air and more space, check air quality and leave room for exercise groups.
